Refund and exchange policies
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned or exchanged with 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product(s) must include all original packaging materials, such as tags (must be attached), dust bag, and the original shoe box. International orders are subject to the return & exchange fees outlined below.

United Kingdom & Europe
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for a refund within 14 days after your order is delivered. Équipement De Vie covers the return shipping costs for customers in these regions.
Rest of the World (Including United States & Canada)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for a refund within 14 days after your order is delivered. Customers outside the UK and Europe are responsible for covering the shipping costs for their returns. Équipement De Vie does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for these regions.

Size Exchanges
United Kingdom & Europe
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for a refund within 14 days after your order is delivered. Équipement De Vie covers the return shipping costs for customers in these regions. Équipement De Vie will provide one (1) free size exchange within 14 days after your original order is delivered. Return shipping costs for size exchanges are covered by Équipement De Vie.
Rest of the World (Including United States & Canada)
Size exchanges are available within 14 days after your order is delivered. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item to us. Équipement De Vie does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for these regions. Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, a replacement will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.
Return Process
- Fill out this form to initiate your return request. (We do not guarantee that we have your size in stock)
- For UK and European customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
- For customers outside the UK and Europe, you must arrange and pay for the return shipment using a courier of your choice.
- To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in new, unworn condition, and in their original packaging with any included accessories.
- Use the tracking number associated with your shipment to monitor your return’s status.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 days after the return is received and inspected.
- We will notify you via email once your refund has been successfully processed.
