Refund and exchange policies
If you're not satisfied with your purchase,unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product(s) must include all original packaging materials – tags (must be attached), dust bag, and the original shoe box. Archive sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
United Kingdom & Europe
Unworn items can be returned for a refund within 14 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for size/fit or change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty or incorrect, Équipement De Vie will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return costs.
Rest of the World (Including United States & Canada)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Équipement De Vie does not provide prepaid return labels for these regions.
Size Exchanges
United Kingdom & Europe
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the return, a replacement size (if available) will be shipped at no additional cost.
Rest of the World (Including United States & Canada)
Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Once the item is received and passes inspection, we will ship the replacement size at no extra charge.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. Faulty item claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Fill out this form to initiate your return request. (We do not guarantee that we have your size in stock)
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return and provide a prepaid label.
- For size/fit or change-of-mind returns, you must cover the shipping cost (no prepaid label will be provided).
- Returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.
- Use the shipment’s tracking number to monitor your return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
